How do I access the Word Tag Teacher Dashboard through Wonde?Updated 3 months ago

Before you get started

Check that you have:

1. Wonde access
2. MyLogin SSO
3. Compatible devices (anything but Apple computer/laptop - iOS ok)
4. Capacity to download app to devices

Steps

1. Visit our schools offer page for Word Tag: https://mrswordsmith.com/en-gb/pages/narrative-journey-word-tag
2. Complete the contact form or email [email protected] directly
3. Mrs Wordsmith will contact you to confirm the required package, the number of classes/required licenses and pricing structure after your 3 month free trial

1. Connecting to Mrs Wordsmith with Wonde:
   1. Ensure that your school's MIS is integrated with Wonde, if not, you can sign-up here: https://www.wonde.com/contact/
   2. You will receive a data access request email for Mrs Wordsmith via Wonde
   3. Approve access for the number of classes/Word Tag licences you have agreed with Mrs Wordsmith
2. Connecting to Wonde's SSO: MyLogin
   1. Ensure sure your school is connected to the SSO MyLogin. If not, you can sign-up here: https://app.mylogin.com/sign-up
   2. MyLogin will send instructions to you via email on setting up teacher usernames and passwords
   3. Set up teacher usernames and passwords and share with teachers
3. Add Word Tag to pupils' devices, either through the App store, Google Play store or for Microsoft, click here

1. Set-up your teacher dashboard
   1. Log in to Wonde following the recorded instructions here
   2. Alternatively, log in to your teacher dashboard via the Word Tag app by following the recorded instructions here
   3. Once you have logged in, you can set class assignments and check on individual or whole class progress. A full guide to using the dashboard can be found here
