How is Readiculous educational?Updated a year ago

Readiculous teaches children to read through a combination of Systematic Synthetic Phonics and gamified learning. 

Even though phonics has been proven to work, traditional phonics instruction – with its sound-to-letter mapping and the breaking-up and putting-back-together of short words – can be quite dull and un-engaging. And when kids are not engaged, they don't learn effectively. That's where Mrs Wordsmith steps in! We have a track record of making phonics fun – we did it before with our best-selling Blah Blah Blah phonics card game, and we've done it again, this time with Readiculous. 

The game consists of multiple educational mini-games that build on each other. The mini-games gradually introduce new letter-sound correspondences from most common to least common, alongside some key high-frequency words to enable children to read short sentences. 

We introduce letter-sound correspondences following an order based on the national curriculum. The sequence of games is repeated twice for every new-sound letter in a stable order and includes hard and soft repetitions.
