Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
We don't currently offer the option for you to exchange items directly however we do facilitate product returns. You are welcome to use the refunded money from your return to purchase a new product yourself in exchange for your returned & refunded it
I've sent back my order - when can I expect a refund?
When we can confirm receipt of the product return in the same condition that it was delivered, we will start processing the refund. You will be refunded the full amount of the original purchase, paid into the account that you used to make the purchas
